The IMPACT Wellness Shop will be open - fresh milled flour, whole grains, and organic baked goods.
Special Appearance: Meet and take a photo with a Highland cow from Gypsy Ridge Farm – fun for both kids & adults!
There will be coffee drinks, snacks, food and beverages available for purchase.

“Officially” Introducing IMPACT Wellness 🤎 I recently opened my own office—and while it wasn’t part of the original plan, it’s clear that God had something else in store for me (He’s good at that). Between helping Bryan with his concrete business, raising a toddler, and needing more flexibility, I knew it was time to fully step into IMPACT Wellness and create something that works for our family and allows me to keep doing what I love. This space came together faster than I expected, but it already feels like home. I now have a spot to meet with clients in person, a small retail area where I sell organic whole grains and fresh milled flour (coming soon), and even a private gym where I can teach women how to strength train—when it’s something that aligns with their goals. I accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Trilogy, and United Healthcare, and offer free benefits checks. I also accept cash, check, debit/credit, and HSA cards. 🌮 Protein-Packed Taco Salad Jar 🌮 This creamy, spicy taco salad is so good and so easy for meal prep! Loaded with 49g of protein! I love making meals in mason jars because they’re airtight, pretty, and fun to get creative with! 🐮113g (1/2 cup) cottage cheese 🌶️3 tbsp chipotle salsa 🦌4 oz ground venison taco meat 🧅Diced onions, 🥬Fresh baby arugula 🥑1/2 avocado (I left the pit in to prevent browning. Tried ALL the Legendary Foods protein pastry flavors so you don’t have to… and honestly, I was super impressed. I thought every flavor was a 10/10, but the Chocolate Cake was hands-down my favorite — it tasted just like a Hot Fudge Sundae Pop-Tart (hello, nostalgia). The texture is a little softer than a regular Pop-Tart, but the flavor is spot on. That said, I won’t be keeping these in my pantry long-term. The ingredient list doesn’t really align with what I like to stock — sugar alcohols, food dyes, palm oil, etc. BUT… if you’re working on curbing a sweet tooth, these are a much better option than reaching for a regular Pop-Tart or cookie.
